This Privacy Policy explains how Shuttle Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Hyper ("Hyper," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Hyper (the "Service").

  • Authentication credentials or tokens

  • Device and browser information
  • Usage metadata (e.g., timestamps, meeting duration, feature usage)

c. Communications and Media Data

To provide core functionality, we process:

  • Video streams
  • Audio streams
  • Chat messages
  • Screen shares

This data may be temporarily recorded or stored as required to operate the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Enable video conferencing functionality
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts
  • Monitor performance and improve reliability
  • Secure the Service and prevent abuse

Hyper does not use personal data for targeted advertising.
